I would uprage GPU first and CPU when i could afford it. Upgrading CPU would probably cost more since you would need to update motherboard and ram too.

I want to upgrade my hardware to play:
Dead by Daylight, GTA V and Playerunknown on higher graphics with better frames.
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 Asus Strix 2gb (I guess I should upgrade this for sure) and when which gpu I should get (im a student so maybe a mid tier and not high tier)
CPU: AMD FX-8350 (8x 4.0GHz) 8MB Black Edition (Vishera)
RAM: 16 GB
Mainboard: Asus 970 Pro Gaming / Aura
