I started 4 giveaway:

  1. Enclave ($4.99)
  2. The Ball ($9.99)
  3. King's Bounty: Warriors of the North (2 Copies) ($29.99*2=$59.00)
  4. Shelter (2 Copies) ($9.99*2=19.00)
Total value should be: $92.00, but my actual value is: $30.00
    WHY?

Go learn about the all mighty * and what effect it has on giveaways. You will find it on games that have been bundled, along with few other titles.

Are they by any chance games which were included in a bundle? If yes, then you can´t go higher than 30$ with such games.

Not entirely true. If you give just bundle games, then yes, it won't go higher, but the math works differently if you also give other games.

I recognize, some I bought directly from Steam, others from bundles.

Doesn't matter where you got them, if they have already been in a bundle, they follow the bundle rules, no exceptions.

Do be sure to check for a * here before purchasing games, if all you really care about is the CV.
