The only ones I can think of that are kinda in that vein and aren't already in your list are:
World to the west
Wandersong
Rochard
Cave story+

Though all of those have a blend of funny with sometimes sad/heartfelt... however you do have undertale in there so I guess that part might not be too far off the mark. World to the west also isn't super platformy it's more rpg like the evoland games.

Maybe Songs For A Hero? It has platforming and it has comedy (and it's a musical, btw).

Also, maybe the Shantae franchise? The Shantae games are platformers and don't have really serious plots.

Songs For A Hero hasn't been bundled yet since it came out recently but it does look good. I'll try and check out Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, thank you for the suggestion!

I've played a few of them, but I can't really find a consistent theme between Undertale, Katana Zero, Supraland, and Underhero - aside from good games I like.

But if you like platformers with some humour, check out the Shantae series of games - they're all great.

Thanks for the Shantae suggestion, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero looks promising :)

The Trine series is great. I've also tried out Adventure Pals and Yoku but they didn't really grab my attention but I will try them again soon. The other games are solid suggestions too, thank you

BattleBlock Theater not bundled, but cheap on sale

Cat Quest
Portal series not bundled, but cheap on sale
Epic Battle Fantasy 4 EBF 3 is free on Steam

I have finished A Hat in Time, ibb & obb, Cat Quest, and the Portal series. All great games. I have played a bit of Moonlight and Thomas Was Alone but they didn't really grab my attention, although I will try them again soon. If they're similar to a specific game I've played then maybe I will move them up in my priority list ;o. I've played a bit of Guacamelee too and it's pretty good so far

If they didn't grab your attention back then, it's most likely that they won't grab it again when you try them soon. They have a certain mood that they keep from start to finish, unless you are now in a different mood to enjoy them.

Many times it is my mood that is to blame and not the actual game which is why I tend to retry games at a later point

Yea, it's quite hard to find another game like Jazzpunk which is why I sneaked it in there. Stanley Parable is a great game but I've already played it :). The Beginne'rs Guide is also a great game by the same developer but with a more serious tone in case anyone was wondering.

Gato Roboto.
Super win the game, I think, but I don't remember well.
Also, if you're looking for fun, take a look at West of Loathing. It's not a platformer/metroidvania, and not bundled, but it's hilarious

I've played a bit of Gato Roboto and it's pretty good so far. Never heard of Super Win the Game but it looks great. As for West of Loathing, it looks good as well but it hasn't been bundled yet, thanks for the suggestions :)

This one I haven't played myself yet, so can't fully recommend, but take a look: Stick it to The Man!.

I've tried LISA and it's a great game! The only reason I stopped playing it is because a lot of my progress didn't save and it set me back a lot. Really pissed me off and don't think there is a save option in the menu if I remember correctly but I'll give it another shot when I got 2-3 days in a row free to finish it.

They're great games and would be excellent suggestions but I've already played A Short Hike and Minit haha. I've tried out Ruiner and Hotline Miami before but haven't really dived too deep into them. I have played many Hotline Miami inspired games such as 12 is better than 6 and APE OUT which were great, so it makes sense for me to try out Hotline Miami. Thanks for the suggestions :D

Yume Nikki (similar to Undertale)
Owlboy (similar to Underhero, Horace etc)
Mo:astray (similar to Katana Zero, The Messenger etc)
Wonder Boy (again platformer similar to above)
Hollow Knight (similar to The Messenger, Katana Zero)

I've played a bit of Owlboy but it didn't really grab my attention. I felt like Wonderboy had some wacky jumping that didn't "feel right". As for Hollow Knight, I got lost in the huge map but I guess that's what happens when you play metroidvanias lol. Yume looks interesting but I will definitely check out MO: Astray. I'll eventually get back to the other games but thank you for the suggestions!

this is a nice list of games saving this for later :3 i guess we have similar taste
I just love metroidvania type of games :)

I'd add iconoclast to the list
while not funny but great games with great atmosphere: Ori and the blind forest, Child of light.

+1 to child of light, not for comedy but its a good game

Great games with great atmospheres are welcome :) Thank you for the Iconoclasts suggestion. Ori has a weird saving system that threw me off and really didn't want to make me continue. The Child of Light looks interesting but I think I'll wait until it gets bundled

I believe child of light was free a couple of times on uplay. Maybe there will be some other time where it's available for free and you can grab it.

I had a lot of fun playing ori. There is also a sequel to it. Will get it when highly discounted.

I'll definitely try Ori again, after all, it doesn't have overwhelmingly positive reviews for no reason

Oh right, can't believe nobody has mentioned Broforce.

And if you're open to non-platformers with stupid humor you might like Space Pirates and Zombies/SPAZ2. Not 100% sure SPAZ2 was bundled but I know SPAZ was.

KAMIKO and Fairune Collection are somewhat similar to Evoland 1 & 2.

As for the rest you're better off search for "Metroidvania" on Steam. My suggestions for this sub-genre would be Momodora, Shantae and Guacamelee series, both have a bit of comedy.

Also Piko Piko look a lot like Rabi Ribi.

EDIT: Oh, I read Piko Piko instead of Pikuniku, but it's also fitting this sub-genre.

I would recommend My Friend Pedro for the gameplay but don't expect the story to be anywhere as good as the one in Katana ZERO. The story barely makes sense in that game

Oh, if you're looking for comedy then I'm glad I put Psychonauts at the top of the list! It's probably got the best written humor of any game I've ever played. :)
It's also been bundled to death so you can get it for basically nothing.

Not the most amazing game ever but I thought Message Quest was a really cute & funny game. It's like a casual little point and click story that I'd pretty much recommend any day, even if it's not the platformer you're looking for.

I second Battleblock Theatre, for a humerous platformer. It's fun solo or coop.
Quantum Conundrum has some ongoing slapstick(?) sciency humour narration, is a puzzle platformer with physics manipulation.
Ittle Dew doesn't have a huge story or anything but is a fun adventure Zelda-like which definitely doesn't take itself too seriously. There's a sequel as well, but I've not played it.
This one's a shot in the dark but perhaps Unbox: Newbie's Adventure, for a goofy adventure platformer.
Off-Peak is f2p and has a similar vibe to Jazzpunk. They also made The Norwood Suite.
