Their update was something like this: They gave you shoes made out of paper with no lasses. Obbviously you it'd be better with lasses, so, the vendor comes overs and gives you some lasses! but you still have shows made out of paper...

the game is broken on PC, and everyone is getting a refund, i would suggest to wait 1-2 weeks until its verified that the game is totally fixed and working properly.
