Definitely doesn't work for me. I suspect it's because there's no individual discount on the Reinforcement and Tactical legacy packs? Which could be a bug. Either way it's still €10 for me and it stays €10 when I add it to cart or reload the page. I'm not sure if I would have bought it for €4.70, but for almost €10 it's a clear pass.

Does the bundle include Shen's last Gift dlc? the definition says it is included in the bundle but I can not see it under the item list?

i'm interested in enemy within and war of the chosen -- interesting that this pack gets me war of the chosen for $4 less than getting it by itself and also includes a couple packs i don't care about.
i have the base game and reinforcement pack and this bundle is 89% off for me (though the tab says "save 90%") which works out to $5.98. if i'd played more xcom by now i'd probably do it, but so far i've only played the original
