Voted 3 times but no card? [Community Choice]

I should have received a card for my latest vote, but i got nothing. Also when i look at my summer badge, it says i have gotten 10 cards, but i really only got 8 so far. Am i the only one having these problems?

It can take some time. Sometimes it lags and you receive it a while later.

I bought a copy of Alice - Madness Returns yesterday, I'm still waiting for it. I don't panic.
