Seems kind of suspicous that you were VAC banned and don't know the price of a Bill's hat, despite backpack.tf suggesting that you obtained it within the last two weeks (which would need to have been traded for, plus it's painted one of the more expesnive paints and the previous owner looked pretty knowledgeable about prices). . . . how did you get it?

Is this some covert trading proposal, or are Google, backpack.tf and all of the other usual places serving up 404 errors?
