Gift Bug?

Hello everyone. I got a SteamGift from a user through a trade and it will not let me add it to my library. Is this a bug? Any ideas how to fix it?

EDIT: I forgot to add that it gives the error of it already being redeemed.

EDIT 2: Found a workaround. Sent gift to friend, they accepted but added to inventory, sent gift back, I accepted and added to library.

It's probably region locked.

Doesn't say anything about region lock on the gift though.

Does it have regional restrictions?
Do you already have the game?
Any screenshot of what happens when you try to add it to your library?

I contacted support... I'll let you know guys, in 3-4 months, when they'll read my ticket and answer......

I had the same issue. I traded the game to my alternative account and then send it as a gift and added straight into library
without depositing it in my inventory.
