As far as I know, as long as you create your giveaways before the date that those games go on a bundle, you should still get full contribution values (which is equivalent to current base price in dollars on Steam Store)

^ this is correct. I actually do have a disproportionally high amount of giveaways earlier on that went into bundles later, but I still received full value.

Your CV will drop as the games prices drop

so your saying if it hits bundle my contrib price will 'remove' that game from the total. (i.e. i already have $30, so if i add a game now that is $5, im $35, but then it hits bundle status i drop to $30 again?) or did you mean if its reduced in price later on it will reduce it, so $5 now but $2.50 if its on sale at $2.50?

see conflicting again ><

This only happens if Steam cuts the price. Bundles don't lower CV.

If it appears in a bundle later on, your CV is safe. But it is lowered if the base price is lowered in Steam (i.e. game cost without any sales)

^ this is also correct. The amount you receive is referenced from the current price in the steam store.

You still get the full points if the GA is created before the bundle.

I gave away games like Frozen Synapse, Anomaly which later turned up in bundles and got the points.

But remember that the bundle list is retroactive. So if they decide Tomb Raider and Just Cause will go on the list, whether you make the giveaway now or later won't effect that. On the other hand, if they don't do that and it goes into an actual bundle, then you should do it now.
