Question about a game

I have company of heroes Opposing Fronts, Never used it on steam its been sat in my cupboard since i became bored with it...

Question is do you think it would activate on steam, IF it would i would make a giveaway since i dont really want to play it... But if it didnt work well winner may be unhappy ya know.
