Missing base games DLCs

I get always a bit annoyed and sad about these. I know that I don't have the game, so why does steamgifts still show me the DLCs? :(
I have also added the actual humble bundle to my account and sync'd it but I still can see the respective giveaways. Why? Does it have something to do with them being collections?

How does it work? I can see only one button on that page: "Show Games That Exist in My Account".

I've noticed some items with - or : in the name are sometimes not filtered properly
