yes you can i bought it today, but im on xp and it doesnt support it, vista or win 7

Pretty sure it supports both OS's without a hitch. I played the demo perfectly fine on my laptop running W7 64bit.

It works on Vista and Win 7, but it doesn't work on XP because it requires DX10.

The Saint's Row 3 Season Pass is on for $10 right now. Very nice deal if you're a fan of the game -- it's about the same price it was during the THQ Spanish and UK store sales during the past few months.
