Did you set your store region in your account settings to those countries after you logged in?

If you already tried VPN you don't have to worry about changing Store region.

after 3 months of activation the restriction removes automaticly
under 3 months you need vpn to use it

Yes and no. You need to log in from that region initially, but eventually, after many months, all applications will get their region-lock removed. It has been tested and proven many times, but we don't really know how (or why) it works.

People have tested it with SEA and CIS mostly, and there it worked. For some reason the region locks fade from a game if it stays in the library long enough.
Why don't masses exploit it to hell? I have no idea. Maybe Valve does crack down those who suddenly start buying or getting a ton of games from other regions, especially the cheap ones.

Hmm ok thanks for letting me know :) Have you tried it yourself? Would you recommend doing it on GTA V or similar expensive Games that never go on Sale?

No. I have an account set up for Russia and actually verified to work as such, but I don't even remember the login name or the email address I used to do it any more (it has been nearly two years now since I logged in there). I rarely buy games for Steam outside bundles anyway and I just don't want the hassle of using a VPN on a browser and wait months to play the game after it gets flagged as ROW in my library.
