Well, i´ve been getting friend request of some guys with "xxnb3" in their nicknames. It´s kinda weird because seems that they barely use their steam accounts

They are advertising for their illegal website. They buy steam accounts in low price and keep harassing people.Quite annoying.

I think its just their illegal website or illegal app. but yes, your concern may be true.

I lost count after the 14th one of those bots (and that was back around when the previous thread was made, so about two months ago).
I know Valve is.. unmotivated, but you'd think even they would be able to apply a quick filter check, given that it's just repeating the same phrase each time. Alas.

Aside from SG (and SGT), the only time I've ever used Steam Community login was for certain storefronts and Barter.vg. Outside of SG and Barter, I've never participated in any Steam-related sites where my username would come up, and the only other time my Steam username shoulda come up would be while gaming within Rocket League.

Beyond that, I think I've commented in the Steam Community (including the discussion boards of any given game) all of once ever, outside of within certain private Steam Groups, and a single bundle split. Honestly, that last one is the only one I can think of with any sort of possible association to attracting bots.

But no, I don't have even the slightest idea what "the scrap tf site" is, and- even without knowing what that site is- I can similarly assure you I wouldn't know of any similar site, either. :P
