I just had someone tell me that bundled games has a limit of $20 worth of contribution points,is this true?

NO. It has 30. and then is 20% only..and if u keep doing bundled games become 0... so u have to gift non bundled games to recover

Not exactly, the equation is Nonbundled + .2*minimum(Bundled,Nonbundled).
However, your first 25$ are considered Nonbundled.
