No idea what the current state of the company is actually like, but it doesn't seem like they even do anything anymore. I heard Diadra Empty's terrible state is because they have been working on new projects and couldn't spare time on patching DE, but their last Greenlight submission (Angel Express) was updated in Nov 2015 and there has been no news about it since then; it was meant to come out Q1 2016, and it's still not out.

Unlike Suguri and AoS1, this one is published by Fruitbat Factory, not Rockin' Android. Honestly, it's good it happened considering the state of RA after Diadra Empty.
