Windows 10 VLC

I upgraded to Windows 10 at the start of this week. Works fine and everything.
But now, I can't seem to drag VLC to my 2nd monitor. I could do it on Windows 7.
Anyone know what I can do?

Might seem silly... but have you tried "throwing" it over the other monitor quickly?

The way they do snapping now is that you move the window slowly, it snaps, but if you move it quickly it leaps to the other screen.

I drag vlc across just fine in windows 10. Is it only vlc? because that seems really odd behavior for dual monitors.
