I'm not 100% but I think it would be the all access pass as I'm sure I read that anyone that paid for the game before it went f2p gets full access to all its featues

As already said, yes you can. However, be aware that it has appeared in a bundle, and even if you are giving away an inventory item, it is still subject to the rules that all previously bundled games us for contribution value. Be sure to read up on that so you don't wonder about it after a few other giveaways.

Well, technically he could also list it as the Maestro DLC and get CV for it. I don't think that's been bundled?
