Really? Well, I am a Singaporean Chinese. I think I can guess its taste. Hmm ...
Btw, did you eat all the dishes you always posted out or come across them? If you did, how did it taste? Did you like it?
Cheers,

Very nice, very nice. From the setting it seems you ate it at a restaurant, did you like it? Is it spicy? :)

Not spicy, but pretty good. I really like that the noodles were hand made. Not a lot of places do that nowadays.

Is it a starter or a snack because it looks a bit Spartan to me?

It's a pretty big bowl, just taking pic in portrait mode makes it look smaller

I didn't think of that and that's probably why some photographers place a coin or a small ruler besides the object.

That actually looks pretty decent and easy to prepare.
I might have to jack this one for my own cookbook.

I like to do a little cooking at times, I think the noodles here are rice noodles. You can make rice noodles at home but its a hassle for me. You can also replace the rice noodles with hand-made plain noodles. Of course you could purchase ready-made rice noodles for use too.

Stir-fry the Egg and Leek, prepare to garnish on the noodles later. I am curious about the sauce being used though. However that is the fun of cooking, looking at the picture and replicate the dish with any items or methods to your liking. You can Steam or boil the eggs and leek while using tabasco sauce on the noodles. As jatan11t mentioned it is a chinese dish, you can turn it to something with a western flavor. :D
