Them.
Take a look at the price listings when you're not logged in. You get to see the prices in the seller's local currency.
I'm looking at a page that has prices of £0.07, €0,08 (x2), R$0,21, 3.19 py6., then a bunch of $0.11 USD
Logged in the same page has all but the top one priced up at £0.08 for me. The sellers selling their cards in Euros and US dollars are all grouped together.

Ugh, steam market. Apparently they cut me off from selling or buying because I hadn't bought anything on the Steam store for a year. Even though I already gave them tax information, they still think I'm a 'fraudulent buyer/seller'.
Eww.

Just put the price at 1c (or local currency) cheaper. Usually sells quickly unless someone goes lower by a lot.

why not ? only thread i found it doesnt make the subject irrelevant for all that

The only problem is id the item is worth nothing. Because then it will be listed for the lowest possible price which is 0.03€ by ~5000 people and when you add it for the same price, it will appear... it won't appear and never sell. No way... just give it to trashbot already.

Hi guys,
I sold a lot of cards on Steam Community Market but lately I notice that some of the cards I put as the cheapest possible out there later on end up being the 4th or 5th in the list with others under me being the same price I originally put mine. I understand that if they are to be cheaper they should be under but why the hell does the market put other cards in front of me when they are put after mine and with the same price tag as mine.
Anyone had problems like this.. any logic behind this ?
