Unfortunately, I just googled Icewind Dale portraits to use as Avatars for my Wasteland 2 characters.
This is the name I have the picture saved as on my computer, so perhaps that would help you in your search? It is called icewind_dale_tribute_by_nadrojwobrek . I hope that helped!

I had an image of Imoen (from Baldur's Gate 2) with whitish/blue hair saved on my old computer. Unfortunately, I must have forgotten to transfer it over to my new computer and I could not find it via Google search. It is a bummer, as I wanted to use that one for Wasteland 2.
