I want to say the language is German "But since IST first one there's a little help about it" but thats probably just a typo and im thinking too hard :P I'm really stumped on the link part though

Well since nobody was able to reach given link yet i am starting to think about making second one giveaway, with better at not that hardcore tasks and nice description so there will be at least someone getting the chance to enter, but for now i'm waiting :/

So we have winner chosen and here are promised answers:
SO first one was language, wasnt really needed but id put you on the right way, which language to use for answers, and it was slovak language.
Second one was really hard as i found out, but point was, just googling "and finally fades to a salty finish" which pops up wikipaedia article about bryndza so the given link was tiny.cc/bryndza.
And now real struggle which only one brave man tried to solve but did not success. As i stated on the beginning, you were looking for some words in slovak language, and the question was, if you know which one was it, since there was link revealed you know it was slovak and answer is: yes i do (simple yes no question, right?) , translated into slovak: ano, ano viem or something with yes(ano) in answer, only translated :)
Sooo, thanks all participants, successfull or not and once again congratulations to the winner. It was my first giveaway, but it was kinda fun but educational, and since our winner choose only one game, i will make another giveaway, which will be maybe a little harder, but definitely better prepared for you folks. Hello everyone!
I want to share with you my 3 giftable games from Humble weekly deal. Tese games are: ARMA Tactics; Fish Fillets 2 and Carrier Command: Gaea Mission. I would make public GA but as i am new to giving, there are some restrictions about number of gveaways. You have to be first person who finds the link and also have your answer right :)
Oh and there are three small parts... all are about some really nice and difficult language you HAVE TO FIND WORDS IN.
And heres first part, you need to know which language i am talking about. But since its first one there's a little help about it: i speak it really, really often. (This will help you with next parts a little)
Second one is a key to a submission form to giveaway. You just need to find you right link. Or better just part of it. It started like http://tiny.cc/** ( those 's are word you need to figure out to get full link started there, didnt count letters). Not quite sure what it was but it was something cheesy, and finally fades to a salty finish.
So if you were lucky you got the link and that means you are almost there! And therefore i have to ask you one more question: Do you know which language was this about?
So after you complete ALL THREE STEPS( maybe last two is fine too) you entered my little weird giveaway.
Hope someone will join in and eventually get to the successful end and also win something, I will be posting updates about winners if any, and when there will be nothing left, i will post right answers if you will be interested.
