there is a big difference between raffle you posted and GAs we're entering. Let me quote guidelines directly:
You cannot ask users to perform any special action in order for their entry to be considered valid, such as liking a Facebook page, or following a Twitter account.

By visiting the webpage you already get the entry. You don't have to do all the steps to participate. That is why there is something for everyone. For people who don't want to follow on twitter they can visit the webpage and they get an entry :)

It doesn't matter. By visiting we get an entry. By doing something else we get another entry. If we doesn't do that something else we get no entry. On SG each contestent has the same chance to win if they enter. On this website contestant that doesn't perform social actions like giving you their personal data has much smaller chances to win. To be exact 11 times better chances compared with only visiting a website. Also visiting a webpage is also a special action - we're getting you referred clicks :>

Seems like everyone who has joined so far might be getting the key because 10k of keys is a lot :D Don't let the entries fool you, one user can get up to 11 points so 18.9k entries is nothing ;)
