Well, I you can make special whitelist giveaways for your favourite users.
And people who are blacklisted can't enter any of your giveaways.
Also I remind myself if I don't want to trade with someone by blacklisting them

Love and Hate are such extremes, I generally only deal in Like and Annoyance... And of those Like is stronger :)

I don't have a white list, but I had a small black list of people that re-gifted games from massive developer giveaways and others that were caught breaking rules several times. I just pruned it a few days ago, some of them ended up being permanently suspended and some actually redeemed themselves by becoming active members, so I ended up removing about half.

I am trying to keep my lists up to date too. A big part of my BL is scammers and a lot of people who I have caught regifting won games or having multiple wins. Man, I reported and got so many people suspended. It makes me feel so good :)
