What if the game was bought using a stolen credit card and the key (or even steam tradable) later gets revoked? You can't trade and absolutely guarantee that you won't get scammed.

Tip: Don't ever rely on reps on someone's steam profile, insist on only using a third party site where 1) they cannot easily make fake rep and 2) they can't delete bad rep. Also always be sure any rep profile they give you actually links back to the steam account you're trading with.
