That's a relief. I guess I'll be buying some stuff right away. Thanks bobofatt.
One more question, I got an email from Amazon Payments asking for me to fax my passport or personal document "in order to help us comply with applicable U.S. laws related to commercial transactions, and keep your account active". Is it okay to ignore this mail?

I'm pretty sure that you're technically charged instantly, even if it doesn't appear on your statements for a couple of days. At the very least the security authorisation is immediate (I actually once got a phone call from my bank whilst I was messing up making an account with Skype to ask me if my card had been stolen), so you should be fine whatever.

Is it okay to buy games right now because my internet banking/credit card is about to expire in less than a week.
I mean, they don't instantly charge the credit card after purchase but the amount will be charged after few days or a week, after the date my credit card expired. I'm afraid that there might be a problem caused by this.
