Become a part of the WL. To get there, you gotta do something to earn the respect of that person, so they add you to their personal WL.
What you can do to be added to a WL you might be wondering, i have no clue. But you could start with tickling people, see if it works, hehe.
Honestly though, it's all random. People WL you for comments, giveaways, avatars, steam profiles and so on.

Fumble Bumble sick of dealing with support just to get keys i paid for within 3 minutes of paying for them to find out they are gone. no longer trust them to hold onto my keys permanently as they now give bs answers like after 2 years they wont have to provide keys anymore to games. well at the same time ive once waited almost two years for said keys to be restoked of a game they still sold on the store page the entire time.
so activated every single key i could, about 4 pages of them and created a train for my birthday month, still a few out of stock. dont think i will get my hands on those any time soon.
Train Rules
to join the train you need to add 1 invite only cart to said train of a humble bundle purchased game of any kind that wasnt give away for free.
it needs to start as soon as possible and end on may 31st

i may by slow to add carts to the train for some time as my computer fucking melted!!! i think the power supply fan went out, over heated, and it filled my room with the smell of burning plastic/rubber. hopefully its an easy/cheap fix. all i got now is my steam deck....oof.........happy birthday month to me.....
