I generally reserve my whitelist for those with very generous won/sent ratios, those that are very active, and those that I decided I liked/found (")deserving(") (for whatever reason, i.e. comments posted, several non-bundled GA's (or good bundled games, shrug))
I intended to keep it around 100 members and have found myself at 131 already xD
