We had to solve this one in school on time. I finished first - after 28 minutes back then. It was one hell of a riddle, but totally worth it.

He said that 98% of people in the world can't solve it. In fact, it seems pretty easy to me, and I think that people just have to spend a little time on it to solve it. Doesn't really require skill to me, it's rather a little game.

I heard about that riddle when I already learned algorithms for game-AIs so it was just setting inputs in to equations/patterns, but didn't timed it :( .
