Whoever made the original app need to edit it to account for the new site layout.

The Steamgift App was great! Used it a lot, even reading forums threads trhough there was really enjoyable. Hope it will be updated soon or later.

Given my Opera Mini browser doesn't like the new site much, I can hope for a application that will work on my Android running v2.2 that lets me use the forum.

An app would be great, but I think would be better a mobile version of the site, so it would be cross-platform.
However, the site works very well for me on Windows Phone 8.1's IE11 (but it's still optimized for desktop, of course)

The windows phone app doesn't work either, I wonder if we can get in touch with the developer :3
