Humble does book bundles all the time, I don't really blame them for including a relevant game in a book bundle.
It should be in a lower tier though, considering Humble themselves already bundled it 5 times.

Because the books are games as WaxWorm said above; the bundle contains a video game, and also has a physical (!) book at the highest tier.
