90eur just on steam wallet and i dont want to buy anything desperatly, perhaps GTAV but i dont give 30 eur for a 3 years old game just because its only half year old for PC. If they release games for PC 2 years later then they shouldnt expect me to buy for more than 10EUR, no matter how good the game is.

I doubt it will go lower then that on Steam. Usually those kind of games don't go lower then 75 % until at least 3 or 4 years have past (but usually it takes longer).
