Questions for the better informed than I!

Hello, pretttty new around these parts but just about got the hang of how everything works, got a pretty decent community going which I like. Got a few questions about various things that you ladies and gents probably have better knowledge of than I do, appreciated if you can help!

  1. I've got the steam beta for "badges" and I was collecting cards to sell. I used to be able to click on "badges" on steam and it'd show me my progress of what I'd collected, even on the games I'd collected all the cards for. This has vanished, any reason why?

  2. I want to get Prison Architect, is it worth it? Always worried about "early access" games, paid beta seems a bit uncool.

  3. Is it worth getting the pack with DEFCON, Darwinia etc in it?

EDIT: Should have added the pack costs an extra £6

  1. Possibly. It depends on your tastes.
  2. Definitely not worth it. Those are seriously cheap games I wouldn't even value at over 50 cents.

The link sent me to my profile but I can't see my card collection progress, maybe I wasn't very clear in what I'm asking, to be honest I'm not really sure exactly how to ask it! Thank you anyway though. :)

You get a soundtrack and something else as well, you save around £20 on the pack thing, I'd probably just give most of them away though.

2.From my point of view,i will never buy/trade for early access games again.

Traded for starforge 5-6 days ago(looks like the most epic game in his trailer),but when i started playing,its 1 whole big mess right there.

first of all,in order to play i had 15 tries of launching it,with 14 failures.
second - it is NOT as it seems at his trailer.
third - NO servers at all

So i recommend u to not buy an early access game

My mates got Kerbal Space Programme, that feels like it's doing it in the right way, I don't mind early access if it's in a minecraft-esque way of constant updates and a decent modding community.

It's the using it as paid BETA that doesn't sit well with me.

Well,i got kerbal early acess too,and and have to say that it is the only game i recommend buying its early access (well...no earlly access nowadays :P but u got my point)
