Easiest way to get rid of these is to delete the game and then redeem them yourself. If you want you can contact support to undelete the game afterwards, but honestly I didn't bother - the guest passes were enough of an annoyance that I didn't want to play it any more.

Well, there is a problem. One of my friends asked me to accept this goddamn 'guest pass', cause she had a lot of them and was trying to clean up her inventory. "Just redeem and it will disappear", she said. Yeah, sure. She is from that region and I'm not, so I can't redeem it by myself, no one wants it and trash bots are not accepting this kind of items.

Give it back to your friend and she can do as I suggested and delete the base game to redeem them herself. I know what a pain they are, so my condolences. You can otherwise try to contact steam support to have it deleted but success rate varies. The way I am suggesting was the answer someone got from support way back.
