Indeed, public it is. The problem could fix itself in a few hours and might just be some temporary glitch. If it doesn't, you can make a support ticket.

You sure your profile is "Public" and not "Users Only"? If it was users, then we'd be able to see it, but the site wouldn't.

i had this exact same problem a few hours ago, around the same time the site was going really slow and sluggish.
I informed CG, and he said he'd look into the slowness when he returns, by that time, it stopped doing the sync problem
