I let a daddy long legs live in my bathroom during the summer, it kills mosquitoes like a boss. Also, I think tarantulas look cool, and look at this little guy, isn't he adorable?

Well, it's a jumping spider, but it does a funny little dance when it spots a mate (running sideways and waving it's little legs), and it's quite colourful.

My girlfriend is violently afraid of spiders (is that even proper English?), I'm no fan either, but since I'm not scared of them, only creeped out, I have taken care of all of those who have made their way indoors the last few years.
I don't kill them, I keep a glass and a piece of paper easily accessible in case of a spider emergency (girlfriend screaming loud), then trap the spider under the glass, carefully slip the paper under the glass and carry the spider outside and release it.

I hate them as well. But only real ones / realistic ones. Forexample I don't mind a lot of RPG-styled spiders in video games, because they are not realistic. The don't move realistic for the most part. Yet if I see a realistic one, even if it's obvious CGI, on a screen it will creep me out.
but hey, luckily Spiderman doesn't fall into this realistic category :D:
