Potatoes ?
I'm glad to hear that things took off with being an educational specialist. Anxiety here and there is to be expected but it sounds like it's going well! :D

First month anxiety was off the charts, first teaching classes at college level, I was putting a lot of pression on myself. But then things were better. I was transparent with my student and they really appreciated it.

So last year I made A train to celebrate my cakeday. This year I wanted to do something similar, but life is getting in the way (although in a good way). It was too much work.
I'm not as active as I was here, probably most of you never saw my avatar, but I want to make this cakeday a little more public.
Most of us struggle with depression in a way or another. I had a friend who decided it was enough for her. Last year I was just out of another depression episode, stuck in a job I didn't like, but working with a good team of people. It took me a full 4(four) years of perseverance and grinding and weakness and strength and courage; and so in september I succeeded. My career as an education specialist took off.
I still have some panic and anxiety attacks, but things are good these days. I hope that my humble experience can give some of you the courage to go on. Pain can end, sadness too.
Know that not being alone is one of the key element to get out of these kind of rut. Not just with anybody, but a good selection of good friend/people who listen and are compassionnate. Also, try to do good around you.
Doing something good makes you feel better. Not much, but just enough to make a stranger smile or a friend to have it a little easier.
For those who don't struggle with depression, don't try to give advices or to settle the problem; be there to listen, to hug, to change the mindset of your friends, that's what they really need.
For those who are stuck in a rut, don't give up, do something small everyday in the way of your dream, it maybe won't get you were you wish, but it's going to get you closer of where you're needed.
To all, I have a lot of affection for you's. It helped me a lot to chat with users from this site, with the SG and Kawaii groups mostly.
I made some public LVL1 GA's I'm linking here because this cakeday is about being out there
