I have to gave up for now. In puzzle #1 I'm stuck at step 2. Either my formatting is wrong or I didn't understood what you want me to enter. No idea about puzzle #2 and ith doesn't want to show me the hint. Puzzle #3 I can't solve q4+7 and puzzle #4 I'm stuck at step 2.

pzzl 2 / The hint is no help for me. The hints posted here said this already. The problem for me is more how should I do this.
pzzl 4 / I probably miss the forest for the trees there but I don't see anything familiar.

Had to install and learn how to use some software to try my ideas about puzzle #2 but I didn't get the right letters. Puzzle #4 I'm still stuck at step 2. Seems I've to wait for more hints or the solution as I'm out of ideas.

With the new hints today I gave it a new try.
pzzl 2 / Nothing I did lead to the correct 13 letters.
pzzl 4 / I was able to solve puzzle #4 step 2 but still can't solve the puzzle itself. Seems I can't make the right connection from the second step to the puzzle.

Edit: OK I found the connection in puzzle 4 but I would say it's not the named cipher anymore with this method and it's a lot of work as I don't know a tool for it and have to do it by hand.

Well, I looked today at the step for step solution for #1. And I'm pretty sure I would not have guessed that. Still thinking what the decoding for the second string is. As most people got it rather easily I guess I'm overthinking stuff. Maybe I will get it tomorrow.

I saw your comment where you write "Answer is a 10 letter english word", but on ITH other word length, so I'm confused.

pzzl 1 answer is a 10 letter english word, you need to use those letters you already have!
step by step last Q is just the method/phrase name (when rearrange the letters to a single word), You don't really need to solve this Q, feel free to skip and just solve pzzl 1 without this.
