Do Ninjas Know Parkour? Any Ninja Here Who Is Willing To Tell Me If They Do?

So everyone knows the common truth that ninjas are masters of both combat and movement, right? In addition to their mad skills with a variety of weapons, they do some pretty awesome stuff when it comes to getting around I hear. The problem is, I only ever hear people saying stuff about them and have never seen or heard a ninja myself.

I looked for some proof about ninja movements but all I found was some video that didn't show me anything. The camera was just pointed at some dark street alley, but nothing ever happened. The filmmaker claimed there were over 100 ninjas on it moving through the alley and on top of the buildings, but I didn't see anything.

Since my exhaustive research of watching a 5 minute video didn't get me any answers, I was hoping I could find a ninja here who could tell me if ninjas know parkour and use it in their movements.

There is this game that supposedly has parkour movement in it. If you are a ninja, can you play it and tell me if you use this type of movement, or if you use some other method for getting around?
