Should I contact support?

I won a giveaway, I tried to add the guy and he blocked me. Since then, I didn't get any emails from him, so I guess it was a fake giveaway. Should I contact support?

Wait seven days. If the gift advertised is not received by then, simply mark it "not received" and move on.

If you have not patience then contact support(best option)! Or else, wait 7 days and do what UnrealrageSRB told!

Best option is to wait, contacting support after a day, or even a few hours (happens) is stupid and does nothing but clog up the system for NO reason. You contact support AFTER 7 days, not before.

Just mark as not received and go on with your life.

you should wait until the guy add you, IF he don't add you after 7 days of the end of the giveaway THEN you add him, if he ignores you just mark as "not received"
add the creator of the giveaway is unpolite plus you can get blocked and never get the game
