if someone gets susp[ended he clearly asks for it. Noone will get suspended for creating a single GA even for a free avaiable game (especially as it was also avaiable in various other ways before). If someone exploits the system - creating multiple fake accounts to farm multiple keys - well he deserves what's coming to him.

what do you think? that they charitably give away milion of keys? no - by enforcing Like/Follow/Retweed in social media they get advertisement for cost of 1 few cents worth key. Also as many people will use their normal FB/twitter accounts for this promo, they are spreading their audience, as after you like/follow, unless you unlike/unfollow you will see asll their posts and twits on your FB/twitter.

If they didn't enforce FB/twitter/etc they'd be getting nothing from this promo at all.

it will probably gonna be done via FB app - you get into app, app checks if you liked / followed certain pages, if you did it will give you a key.
