when i try to activate it twitch says i short on money to complete purchase. Isn't it free since i bought it from humble bundle? Sms from my Bank says im short of like 1$ more.

They most likely charge a $1 to make sure the CC/Debit is valid. They're basically hoping people who use this free code forget to cancel the subscription.
