It is an official and legal Polish site. I've bought some games to give away on SG some time ago and it worked just fine – no region lock. Don't know if anything changed since then though. I took a quick look and there are also nice deals for Dishonored (first one), Fallouts, M&B Warband, Batmans, Star Wars and some more. Just browse the sale page ;)

Tried to add several things, nope:

Produkt Age of Wonders III Deluxe Edition (PC/MAC/LX) PL DIGITAL jest niedostępny poza granicami kraju.

Which, according to Google translate, means that it's region locked for purchase.

I ended up buying Batman: Arkham Origins and Injustice: Gods Among Us, it even worked to pay with no VPN. I guess we'll see if they activate.

Uh, I tried to add SAO Hollow Realization to the cart (~10€), but I received an error, refreshed page, and now it's ~25€ :V

Dishonored and Fallout: New Vegas will almost certainly be the RHCP versions which are separate games to the versions everyone else gets. Duke Nukem Forever should be fine as the separate Russian version doesn't have any DLC and the site is selling the DLC.

There are 2 Fallout: New Vegas games: PL and ANG. English version might be ROW then, otherwise I don't see the point of selling 2 separate keys for it :)

I didn't actually notice there were two versions there. I just assumed that being a legitimate retailer that they'd only have the RHCP version and so wanted to point out those titles specifically. Some people may specifically want those versions for various reasons but most won't - especially if they want to buy just the base games and get the DLC later.
