Try running OA and Arma 2 for a minute or two then close them. Then try updating again.

Do you have ARMA II: Arrowhead installed?

try to restart your computer and verifying cache

Also go in Dayz commander settings and check replace original OA files with beta so steam works.

Ignore it, just play, this is some bug with few latest beta patches.
