Giveaway problem

So, I won a rerolled giveaway a couple days ago and the creator of it just sent the gift, "Alan Wake Collector's Edition Extras". But when I accepted the gift, it said it was already in my library. I shouldn't keep it, but can't really talk to the guy that sent the gift, for rerolling again and gifting to someone that doesn't have the dlc. What should I do?

Why can't you talk to him about rerolling? It's not limited to 1 attempt.

Why can't you talk to the gifter?
Give him back the game and tell him to request a reroll.

You can talk to the gifter, give him the DLC back and tell him to ask for a re-roll.
