Is Steam Gifts horribly slow or is it just me?

Yeah, it's been insanely slow over the past couple days for me. Opening a contest page and entering takes a good 3-5 minutes.

Very slow.

inb4 more upgrades, more ads and possibly a new way for the site to make money.

CG could be rolling in cash if he had monetized the site properly and in turn, we would hopefully never have to worry about these issues. It's not too late to implement some methods, but he's easily missed out on $1000s so far.

took me a couple minutes to load this thread, took me almost half a dozen to load the website itself.

Steam has been slow today but the yare having a huge indi sale.

however it is no where near as slow as SteamGifts

It's extremely slow every time someone does those forum F5 refresh giveaways for hours on end :)

Yep, approx. 2 mins per page load today
