Is Steam Gifts horribly slow or is it just me?

Loading this page even took about 45 seconds (no phun intended)

slow + freezes (I thought it was my net)

It's taking me literally 5+ minutes to do anything. Although most of the time I just give up, because it just refuses to work.

Mine is horribly slow. It's generally a little sluggish, but it's never been this bad.

I'm lucky if I get it to load at all, it took 7 refreshes to get this page to load.

This site takes forever to load or enter a giveaway. And it is only THIS site.
