re-reading slowly what cg wrote i think this is where the better Support we have these days started. and i have a related question (i have very distant memories that this has been answered by Khalaq, but can't find it):
if i create a 5x keys giveaway (same game) and have a problem with 1 winner, i.e. a reroll request, could be my ticket handled by a Junior Mod?
reading here, i see that "Manage winners" starts with Super Mod... (if "Manage winners" is what my question is asking... obv :D)
(because if a Junior Mod can't hadle these kind of tickets i'll continue to make only single key giveaways, which imo is best for me and Support)

With re-roll you pick a particular winner and approving ticket re-rolls only this one winner. So Juniors can handle it like any other re-roll.
With deletion you don't pick the winner on the ticket creation page, so approving the ticket delete the whole thing. You need someone with Manage Winners permission to remove one winner.
Rarely when you have no one to re-roll giveaway to (more copies than entrants) then there is no one to re-roll to. Here we also need someone with Manage Winners permission.

i didn't know the difference between re-roll and deletion. i do think i'll keep doing GA's the old safe way, tho (and only doing multiple keys when am Ultra sure of possible entrants)

There's been a change to roles in the community. A few of the previous roles have been renamed and one new role has been added to the site. The roles are now...
The first three roles are the same as in the past. The previous Support role caused some confusion when referring to support (as a whole) and Support (the role), so that's one of the reasons for the updated name. The new Ultra Moderator role has a few additional permissions, such as being able to post to the Announcements category, and being able to edit our internal support documentation to help keep it up-to-date with common questions we experience when moderating.
However, the most notable change is that users with the new role are able to add additional support members and revise existing support members. Although I'm happy with the support team we've been able to build over the years, I feel it's time we have more people to help manage and grow that team. This should allow us to expand the team at a faster rate and adapt to changes when we feel there is a shortage of support. It'll also help to ensure existing users in support are reviewed and promoted to higher roles in a more timely manner. In the past it was just myself managing the roles and this became a bottleneck at times, with long delays between the recruitment of new support users. With multiple people managing the team it should be a more efficient process.

They've both been helping moderate our community for a long time, and I think they're well-suited for the position.
