only as warning/reminder to have a close look at.
Your rule "4. Shared giveaways are allowed. 0cv should ONLY be a shared giveaway." could do not so much positive for your group.
Because if can be hardcore abused with creating freebie GAs for multiple groups, yours as the smallest or one of the smallest, which mean the members of your group wouldn't win the GAs -and maybe not want the games in general- and the gifter would still get +$ for his group stats (steam store price : number of groups = stats influence).

Hi Masafor! Thanks for the reminder, I will see how it goes and try to talk to the council about this rule. The reason I thought of this is coz I was trying to make sure that we dont have issues with number of entries. Also we have a rule like "Don't be greedy. No sketchy behaviors like min-maxing. No trash giveaways or shovelware." Hoping it would keep people from posting just 0CVs. Thank you!!

Requirements
We do a voting system for all members applications. It takes about a day or so to get accepted due to voting being 24hrs length.
