Is it ok to win Smaug's Treasure several times?

I saw a guy who already won 8x Smaug's Treasure and is still entering. ^^

I don't want to post his profile here (but it shouldn't be hard to find him, since these all have nearly no entries). So, is this actually ok? Can he activate it several times and gain ingame currency every time? Or is it a one-time DLC and he should get reported?

Well, I won four and returned 3 keys because... it's kinda useless afterwards. I think.

It is not okay to win the same thing multiple times.

Though this doesn't beat the record of someone winning ~20 (if I remember right) Company of Heroes DLC which was given free.

The Arkenstone or another treasure is more likely. Most likely Gollum/Bilbo had the One Ring at the time Smaug was around to give away stuff (which he wouldn't do).
